Refund and return policy
By placing an order through KmXtend Hair Extensions you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic USA country.
There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
A. RETURNS FOR DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and inspect the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact us by email. We will need the hair returned to us to do a thorough inspection and see if the problem is a manufacturing defect.
- Using products not sulfate free. We also do not recommend Olaplex and will not replace any hair if olaplex was used.
Return and Replacement of Products.
- Non-Hair Goods. Returns for all non-hair goods (i.e. accessories and equipment) must be made within fourteen (14) days after the receipt of the applicable Product order. All returned goods must be unused, unaltered, undamaged and sealed in their original packaging. KmXtend does not accept returns or exchanges for hair extensions. Any defective Products will need to be submitted within 30 days of purchase and may be fully or partially replaced at KmXtend’s cost, provided they are returned within the 30-day period and the product was deemed to be defective. Hair will need to be completely removed and returned for inspection. All returns must include a return authorization number, or they will not be accepted at KmXtend’s facility. Please contact KmXtend prior to returning any Products to obtain such number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of buyer.
- Hair Extensions. If there is a manufacturing defect, the hair extensions in questions must be returned to KmXtend for inspection within 30 days of receipt - no exceptions. After performing a quality control inspection, KmXtend will determine if there is in fact a manufacturing defect and whether a full or partial replacement Product(s) is necessary.
B. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at Email: info@kmxtend.com or call us +1 803-470-5566 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package for inspection. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will not accept returns after 10 days of the original inquiry.
C. EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at Email: info@kmxtend.com or call us +1 803-470-5566. If the color needs exchanged for another color, please contact us prior.
D. RESTOCKING FEE
15% restocking fee.
E. REFUNDS
We do not offer any refunds on hair. Sales are final. If there is a defective item, see above for the process on manufacturing defects for potential replacement.
